It shows a masked individual carrying a sign with the following message: &#8220;I have the macabo of the Montreal police to racial profiling&#8221;.According to the sign, the scene would take place in Montreal, Canada. But the controversy arose because some believed it was a photomontage, as the phrase &#8220;I have the macabo&#8221; on the sign is a Cameroonianism that would be unintelligible in Canada. Indeed, in the Cameroonian context, &#8220;j&#8217;ai le macabo&#8221; means to have rage, to be angry or annoyed. Mireille T., r\u00e9sidente au Canada, confirme alors : \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est une photo r\u00e9elle et authentique. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise le 8 juin \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al au cours d\u2019une marche contre le racisme\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019authenticit\u00e9 de la photo querell\u00e9e est \u00e9galement rendue possible par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un petit logiciel gratuit : JPEGsnoop. Il signale apr\u00e8s analyse : \u00ab\u2009image has high probability of being original\u2009\u00bb.
